Cambodian premium rice being recognized as one of the finest fragrant rice, this variety shares aromatic scent, and perfection in taste and tenderness as Thais Hom Malis Rice,which is harvested once a year from early of November to mid of January in northwestern part of the country and in Kampong Speur province.

Cambodian Fragrant Rice or Sen Kro Oub is one of the most beautiful types of rice in the world. The long and slim kernels make Sen Kro Oub rice outstandingly presented on consumers’ plates. This is the second type of fragrant rice produce in Cambodia.

It has a similar outlook and texturern with Jasmine rice with authentic natural fragrant. However, it is not much soft compare to Jasmine rice.

Red rice is a type of unpolished rice that has higher nutritional value than white rice or polished rice. Cooking time is usually longer than white rice and has a nutty flavor and sweeter taste. It is rich in fiber content, Vitamin B1 & B2, iron and calcium.

This rice is produced from the Khaodakmali seasonal rice variety grown in Cambodia, which is only produced once a year.
